All bookings made through our App or Website are subject to confirmation and availability.

Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the tour.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or supplier adjustments.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by tour. Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour start time.

Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee or result in no refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.


4. Liability

Gold Line International L.L.C. is not responsible for:

• loss of personal belongings;

• injuries or accidents caused by third parties;

• delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, visa, and documentation requirements for participation in tours.


5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website and mobile application, including text, graphics, images, videos, and logos, are the exclusive property of Gold Line International L.L.C. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
